19 April is the last date to submit your March return containing end-of-year information.
You can send correct returns before then.

The team will work on the end-of-year process. You should respond quickly to our queries.
Outline of our process
Step 1: We check that your return is complete and formatted correctly.
Step 2: We check the contributions detailed on the return balance against those paid over to the bank account during the scheme year.
Step 3: We compare your details in our pension system to identify missing starters, leavers, and payroll number amendments.
Step 4: We conduct consistency checks, including spot checks of the match between reported CARE pay and contributions paid.
Step 5: We conduct final pay comparison (using a tolerance of 10% when comparing to the previous year). We will send queries when we do not hold information on file to support the reason for the change. As far as possible, we will group the questions we have for you to reflect your work patterns.

Last date for issuing benefit statements to members based on the year-end details from employers. We will contact you once we have issued all your employer statements.
