If you cannot use our online service My Oxfordshire Pension, you can opt out.

We will post correspondence to your home address. To request this service, you must write to us at:

Ensure that you include the following in your letter:

  • your full name
  • your home address
  • your National Insurance Number
  • your signature

We do not accept online opt-outs by email. 

Note that we do not handle pension information over the phone, and paper communication will take longer. It's much quicker online.
