Contact us if you have a problem or question about your:
- LGPS membership
- benefits
We will clarify misunderstandings and put right inaccuracies as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Contact your employer's HR or payroll section if your problem or question is about your:
- contribution rate
- pensionable pay
- eligibility to join the scheme
Right of review
If you are dissatisfied with any decision made in relation to the scheme, you have the right to have your complaint reviewed under the fund's formal complaints process.
For other comments or compliments
- with general comments about the service you have received from us
- if you have received exemplary service from one of our team
